Bespoke Vents
Ulti-Mate have an addition range of made to order Vents to suit many low volume or obsolete tile profiles such as Stonewold MkII’s, Wessex; Delta; etc. These Vents are available upon request and can be colour matched, coming with a built in adaptor.

- - The built-in downpipe allows direct ventilation path into the roof space if required under BS5250, the airflow for the Vent is 10,000mm² space at Eaves 1.0m intervals for 10,000mm² and at ridge 2.0m intervals for 5,000mm² Roof Space Ventilation and minimum pitch of 22½°, this only applies to Interlocking vent versions (contact Ulti-Mate for information). It can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems. When used for extraction with a Flexipipe no adaptor is required.
